Season Rates
May 1st thru October 31st, 2009

Inside Slip Rates

$48.00 per foot times the actual length of the boat
Includes Shore Power for A/C*

Inside Bank Dock Slip Rates

$40.00 per foot time the actual length of the boat without shore power
$100.00 charge for shore power; $150.00 charge for shore power with AC usage

Outside Slip Rates

*Any boater who leaves their A/C running continuously - while not on the dock- shall be charged and additional $40 for the month

*Security is a priority at Pier 54. Thus we offer an on-site Harbormaster, along with several residental boaters, and a locked gate

Winter Storage

All boats must be removed from the Marina by the Thanksgiving holiday. Any boat remaining after the holiday will forfeit the grace period and will be assessed winter storage beginning November 1st. Winter storage rates are $30 per month. Power cords are NOT allowed and boat must be winterized. Exceptions must be negotiated with management.

Trailer Storage

NO trailers are to be parked on the lot at any time! Unsecured limited trailer storage is available at the owners risk, on a first-come first-serve basis. The fee is $180 per season to be paid prior to trailer storage. You MUST provide management with a key and the license number of the trailer
