Frequent rental discounts do not apply to weekends or special events.  Special events include: the week of July 4th, Charleston Regatta, Festival, and Saint Alban's Riverfest.  Renter must be 23 years or older, have a working cellular phone, and a major credit card for $250 damage deposit.  Charleston Boat Rentals LLC is a separate entity and only leases space with Pier 54 Marina LLC for operational reasons.
